Ferrules Manufacturing
When making ferrule, we select steel from large factories and make sure the size of the raw material is accurate. After forming original shape, we polish it to remove impurities/burrs, and then turn it into final shape. First check is about the internal size. we cut and measure it to ensure the accuracy of the size. Later check is about the firm crimping connection to ensure a certain compressive strength. Heat treatment is added to cold heading raw material items to ensure the deformation roundness of the ferrule. With Galvanization, ferrule’s surface can be without white rust in 100 hours during salt spray test. Customized ferrules are welcomed here.

Ferrule

Carbon steel for normally orders and stock items: Carbon steel cold heading products+20 # steel hot forging products
customized items: Stainless steel S304/S316L, Brass/ Aluminium
